    Description: An evening to Remember in support of St.Bartholomews Church - Lower Basildon.

    Join outstanding opera singers James Laing countertenor, and Jenni France soprano who will be singing an evening of Baroque duets and solos featuring music by Sebastian Brossard (Lecons des morts) and Pergolesi (Stabat Mater). 

    This is a great opportunity to listen to two outstanding performers from the national stage in our historic church, right on our doorstep.

    James sings with many notable Opera companies including ENO and Scottish Opera.  This year he has engagements with Opera North, The Grange Festival and the London Handel Festival. 
    Jenni has recently won the 2018 Emerging Talent (Singer) Award and sang Ophelia with Glyndebourne on Tour.  This year she sings with Music Theatre Wales and the Salzburg Festival.

    Doors open 7.0pm for 7.30pm
